About the Grants

The Department of Applied Linguistics and the Center for World Languages were awarded the Title III grants by the U.S. Department's Office of English Language Acquisition. These grants allow us to provide students with scholarships in order to aid them in aquiring their Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Scholarships are available to students for both the fall and spring semesters. There are three different scholarship programs that students may apply to. However, each student may only apply to one program.
